A team building event to discover flavourings, it’s possible! \ud83d\udca1<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We ran our first SPRITZ WORKSHOP, here are a few pictures \ud83c\udf79\u2728<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During 3 hours of fun and good humour in the lab, our 6 participants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83c\udf73 Created their own aperitif base from scratch, using the many aromatic ingredients available in our lab<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udf4a Discovered the benefits and subtleties of using flavourings in drinks<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83e\uddea played chemists with precision balances, beakers, pipettes, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\ude0b Tested some surprising combinations, sometimes delicious, but also sometimes…… disconcerting!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcac Discussed their respective perceptions of taste and flavour<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83e\udd42 Spent a convivial and joyful time<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For us, it was a real pleasure to lead this discovery workshop and pass on our passion for formulating drinks \ud83e\udd13<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the wake of this success, we want to develop a service for companies that combines team-building and discovery of the world of taste and flavours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
