We had the privilege of supporting beverage projects led by small, committed entrepreneurs, working with young and emerging food players on sensory evaluation and aromatic language development, and sharing our expertise through university teaching, and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f <strong>Move forward.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strengthen what matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This momentum translated into the CIR and CII accreditations for 2025\u20132026\u20132027, a new revenue record, and the continued growth of Flavour Manager, with new subscribers using the platform to manage flavour libraries and regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udfe1 <strong>Create.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together, and differently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2025, we also strengthened partnerships with other freelancers and small, independent structures. We firmly believe in the power of this ecosystem of &#8220;small players&#8221;: agile, complementary, and deeply connected to the realities of today\u2019s food projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because small project holders and emerging food actors need flexibility, proximity and tailored support.
